FRECOX™（Functional Masterbatch） is a series of products specifically developed and tailored for the application of FRECOMP™ sheets.
On one hand, FRECOMP™ sheets are made by fully impregnating fibers with the FRECOX™ resin system. Their chemical properties, weather resistance, fatigue performance, etc., are primarily determined by the resin system, which can be adjusted through FRECOX™ to meet different application requirements.
On the other hand, during processing and use, FRECOMP™ sheets are typically co-molded (e.g., via injection molding, compression molding) with highly fluid resin pellets. To achieve optimal performance of the final product, strong bonding between the two is essential. This requires good compatibility between the resin system in the FRECOMP™ sheets and the resin system used in co-molding. FRECOX™ functional masterbatch provides the necessary assistance in ensuring this compatibility.
