During the initial material design phase of FRECOMP™ sheets, we incorporated considerations for recyclability—an inherent advantage of thermoplastic materials. This led to the development of FRECLE™ (recycled material).
In FRECOMP™ sheets, fibers are fully impregnated with resin, ensuring excellent bonding between the two.
During processing, offcuts, scrap materials, and end-of-life products can be crushed to produce FRECLE™ (recycled material). This material can then serve as LFT (Long Fiber Thermoplastic) feedstock, either added to new mixes or directly processed using conventional methods to manufacture new products, enabling effective recycling and reuse.
